Since inception ECC have embraced an ideology of collaborative working, believing in the philosophy that collectively we are greater than the sum of our parts. This concept is especially true in times of tight budgets and constraints. To this end ECC are very active in partnership working with local community organisations, statutory agencies, local government, funders, employers and Further and Higher Education Institutions.
