Diploma in Customer Service - Level 2

Who is this for?

The qualification is aimed at individuals who want to work in Customer Service sector. This qualification develops the learner’s knowledge, skills required for the sector.

What will I study?

The Customer Service qualification covers topics in

  • Deliver customer service 

  • Understand customers 

  • Principles of customer service 

  • Understand employer organisations 

  • Manage personal performance and development 

To achieve the level 2 qualification, you are required to complete 45 credits, 19 credits from the mandatory units and a total of 26 credits from the optional units as listed below:

Group B, a minimum of 3 credits

Group C, a maximum of 16 credits

Group D, a maximum of 7 credits 

A minimum of 45 credits must b at Level 2 or above.

What are the entry requirements?

Applicants must have achieved English level 1.

How long is the Course?

The course duration is for 9 months.

The course will be delivered online and through classroom delivery. 

Applicants will be required to be in employment or attend a 1-day per week compulsory work placement.
